Privacy Policy

Claspra

You already held it. Then you put it back. This page says what the ticket keeps, and what never leaves the phone.

Effective 22 September 2026 iOS app · Claspra

Who this covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the Claspra iPhone app (“Claspra”, “the app”). Claspra keeps tickets for things you picked up in a shop and put back on the shelf, in a fitting room, in a cart, or at a window.

The app is for private use on one device. It does not create an account and it does not run a social network.

What we collect

Claspra stores only the records you pin. That may include:

These records stay on your device. Claspra does not operate a cloud account for this data and does not upload your tickets to our servers.

What we do not collect

Claspra does not ask for your name, email, or password to pin a ticket. It does not collect precise location, contacts, microphone, or health data. It does not show advertising networks, and it does not include third-party analytics SDKs.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your tickets with other companies for their marketing. This is not a wishlist, not a shopping list, and not a spend tracker. There is no receipt in the app.

Photos

If you clip a photo, Claspra asks for the camera or the photo library so you can keep a picture of a price tag or a shelf. That image is saved with the ticket on your iPhone. You can drop the clip or tear the ticket at any time.

How data is stored

Tickets and settings are saved locally on the iPhone using standard on-device storage. If you delete Claspra, that local shelf is removed with the app, unless a device backup still contains it.

Anyone with access to your unlocked phone can open the app and see the tickets you kept. Protect the device with a passcode or Face ID as you would for any private notes.

Network use

The only network request Claspra makes is to open this Privacy Policy page inside the app. That request goes to the host that serves this document. The page does not need your ticket names, places, reasons, or photos.

Apple may collect limited diagnostic or usage information about the app through iOS if you have allowed that in your device settings. That collection is controlled by Apple, not by a Claspra account system.

Children

Claspra is a general utility. It is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has entered personal details into a ticket, delete those records or remove the app from the device.

Your choices

You can edit notes, tuck tickets, tear tags, and hang or retire reasons inside the app. You can remove the whole shelf by deleting Claspra from the iPhone.

If you use iCloud Backup or a computer backup, copies of local app data may exist in that backup until the backup is replaced or deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Claspra after an update means you have read the revised policy. Material changes will appear here before they apply to a new version of the app when that is practical.
